An overdraft is when you spend more than you have in your account. This could happen anytime you make a purchase, schedule a payment or withdraw money and you don’t have enough to cover it. Overdraft coverage gives you the control to tell us what we should do when your balance drops below zero.

New Horizon Bank’s safe deposit boxes are individually secured containers, held within our bank vault. A safe deposit box is useful if you have the need to secure valuable possessions such as gemstones, marketable securities, precious metals, important documents, or anything else that needs an extra level of protection. Notary Public
A Notary Public is an official of integrity appointed by state government to serve the public as an impartial witness in performing a variety of official fraud-deterrent acts related to the signing of important documents. These official acts are called notarizations, or notarial acts. Notaries are publicly commissioned as “ministerial” officials, meaning that they are expected to follow written rules without the exercise of significant personal discretion, as would otherwise be the case with a “judicial” official. New Horizon Bank has several notary publics on staff ready to serve you.
Medallion Signature Guarantee
New Horizon Bank has qualified for the Medallion Signature Guarantee Stamp. A medallion signature guarantee is a special signature guarantee usually used for the transfer of securities. It is a guarantee by the transferring financial institution that the signature is genuine and the financial institution accepts liability for any forgery.
